I'm not happy with my current hauler- what can I do about it?

There are several solutions to ongoing hauler woes, including, but not limited to: 
 
- changing the hauler
- adjusting the service days or levels
- negotiating lower rates with the existing hauler
 
There is no one-size-fits-all solution, but depending on the current agreement with your hauler, MagicWaste is sure to find a solution that works for you.

What if I don't like the hauler that MagicWaste recommends?

After any existing contractual terms are relinquished and you are officially part of the MWM family, our responsibility is solely to you, not the hauler. We can switch your service provider at any time!

We always recommend fewer hauler changes to reduce points of friction and extra charges due to container delivery/removal and/or routing. However, if you are fed up with your current service provider, we will always take the necessary steps to act in your best interests.

What if there is still time left on the contract with my current hauler?

There are several methods we can use, but most often we manage the account through contract expiration, when we are able to negotiate a lower rate or change your hauler.

Even if you are currently confined within a long-term hauler agreement, we can still successfully manage your account using our extensive knowledge to provide value and **benefit**.

What fees do you charge.

MagicWaste Management's billing and agreements are simple, straightforward, and a breeze to comprehend. Your rates won't increase unless specified and agreed to. Most importantly, MWM doesn't charge any environmental, regulatory, administrative, or material offset charges.

MagicWaste will only take on new clients if we are confident we can provide great service at a substantially lower rate. Bottom line: you will never receive an invoice with a MagicWaste Management fee.

Why can't I find standardized pricing on your website?

Every individual property's needs on a garbage route are different and every location has its own unique variables that haulers must manage in order to service an account.
 
The pricing you receive from MagicWaste will be customized to your circumstances and service levels, so you are never paying a higher monthly rate for services you don't need.

I don't need MagicWaste because I can just negotiate for myself... right?

While everyone may be capable of negotiating for themselves, it is time consuming and a headache to ensure you are receiving best market value at any given time. Our 25+ years of experience goes a long way when making sure you haven't missed any fine print in an agreement in the name of a lower price. are confident you are paying current market rates, peace and comfort knowing we have secured the best deal for you. 
 
Volume and long-standing relationships with the hauling community are key to getting the lowest possible price for the best possible service.
